CALGARY 44, TORONTO 16 ----------------------

TORONTO (Ticker) -- For the second straight meeting, the Calgary Stampeders manhandled the Toronto Argonauts.

The Stampeders scored 23 points in the second half en route to a 44-16 triumph over the Argonauts.

On September 20, Calgary rolled to a 34-4 home victory over Toronto. The Stampeders (9-4) were just as impressive in this one as they posted their first win at Rogers Centre since 2000, snapping a seven-game skid.

Henry Burris completed 18-of-32 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown with one interception for Calgary, which improved its league-best road record to 5-2.

Ben Sankey and Joffrey Reynolds ran for touchdowns and Sandro DeAngelis kicked four field goals for the Stampeders.

Cody Pickett was 25-of-41 for 222 yards, Bryan Crawford had a nine-yard TD run and Mike Vanderjagt booted three field goals for Toronto (4-9), which has been outscored, 162-48, during its four-game losing streak.

BC LIONS 40, HAMILTON 10 ------------------------

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Ticker) -- Buck Pierce threw three touchdown passes as the B.C. Lions cruised to a 40-10 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Pierce completed 19-of-29 passes for 290 yards with one interception for the Lions (8-5), who extended their winning streak to four games. Two of his scoring tosses went to Geory Simon, who eclipsed 1,000 receiving yards for the sixth straight season.

Jarious Jackson and Zac Champion each threw a TD pass and Paris Jackson had two scoring receptions for B.C.

Chris Bauman scored the lone touchdown for Hamilton (2-11), which has lost six in a row.
