Reds place RHP Fogg on 60-day DL
Sep 9, 2008 - 7:04 PM CINCINNATI (Ticker) -- The Cincinnati Reds placed pitcher Josh Fogg on the 60-day disabled list, highlighting numerous moves made by the club Tuesday.The Reds recalled infielders Paul Janish, Danny Richar and Adam Rosales and pitcher Daniel Ray Herrera from Class AAA Louisville. They also purchased the contracts of pitchers Jon Adkins, Adam Pettyjohn and Josh Roenicke from Louisville.
Cincinnati also recalled pitcher Matt Belisle from Louisville and place him on the 60-day DL and designated pitcher Todd Coffey for assignment.
Fogg, who is suffering from an injured groin, went 2-7 with a 7.58 ERA this season.
