Illinois C Carlwell leaves team
Feb 20, 2008 - 9:34 PM CHAMPAIGN, Illinois (Ticker) -- Illinois sophomore center Brian Carlwell has left the team, the school announced on Wednesday.Carlwell will remain in school and plans to transfer to another program after completing the spring semester.
After appearing in 26 games a season ago, the 6-11 Carlwell played in just three contests this campaign in large part due to a knee injury he suffered on November 30.
No one has shouted yet.
