Brigham Young WR Collie enters NFL draft
Jan 9, 2009 - 7:41 PM PROVO, Utah (Ticker) -- Brigham Young wide receiver Austin Collie on Friday announced that he will forego his senior season and enter the NFL draft.Collie finishes his three-year college career as the BYU record-holder in every major receiving category, including career receiving yards (3,255), touchdown catches (30) and receptions (215).
This past season, the 6-2, 206-pounder caught 95 passes for 1,419 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Collie finished his career with 11 straight games of 100 or more receiving yards.
