The win keeps Udinese atop of the Serie A table, level on points with another surprise squad in Napoli and a point ahead of AC Milan.
German Denis grabbed a hat trick as Napoli hammered rock-bottom Reggina, 3-0.
Denis grabbed his first of the game after just seven minutes and doubled his tally less than 10 minutes later before completing his hat trick shortly after the hour mark.

However, Gian Piero Gasperini's side was made to sweat when Paolo Bianco pulled a goal back in the 66th minute before a red card for Cagliari's Michele Fini in the 76th minute all but ended any hopes of an equalizer.
Pavel Nedved scored twice as Juventus recorded its third win on the trot against Bologna to move up to ninth.
Veteran Czech midfielder Nedved opened the scoring after 12 minutes and added a deflected second after 57 minutes.
Former Juventus striker Marco Di Vaio pulled one back with 16 minutes to go but the home side could not find an equalizer.
Palermo coach Davide Ballardini will be breathing a little easier after Edison Cavani's last-gasp goal rescued a point against 10-man Lecce.
Ballardini was clinging onto his job by a thread following two successive defeats and must have been thinking the worst when his side fell behind in the 22nd minute thanks to Daniele Cacia.
However, the turning point of the match occurred in the 75th minute when Guillermo Giacomazzi was sent off for two yellow cards and Palermo made the man advantage count as it leveled matters three minutes from time.
Roberto Stellone netted the decisive goal as Torino beat Atalanta, 2-1, while the Stadio Olimpico encounter between Roma and Sampdoria was abandoned after six minutes due to a waterlogged pitch.
