MIAMI (Ticker) -- Manu Ginobili continued to make the preseason a downer for the Miami Heat.

Ginobili came off the bench to score 22 points as the San Antonio Spurs posted a 104-87 preseason victory over the Heat on Tuesday.

Michael Finley scored 14 points and reserve Matt Bonner added 13 for San Antonio, which became the seventh team to beat winless Miami.

Nine-time All-Star Tim Duncan had seven points and 11 rebounds despite shooting just 1-of-8 from the field for the Spurs, who led by eight at halftime before outscoring the Heat, 23-13, in the final period.

Ginobili connected on 3-of-4 shots from 3-point range for the defending champions, who drilled 11 shots from the arc. San Antonio shot 45 percent (32-of-71) from the field.

It was enough to off-set 17 points by Miami center Shaquille O'Neal, who was playing just his third exhibition contest. The future Hall of Famer scored 14 of his total in the first quarter.

Rookie reserve Daequan Cook scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds and veteran Alonzo Mourning added 10 points and three blocks for the Heat, who shot 47 percent (35-of-75).
